SJK high-performance RTC (Real-Time Clock) modules deliver continuous, reliable timekeeping for industrial, automotive, IoT and low-power embedded systems, maintaining accurate timestamps even when main power is cut off.
Our portfolio covers standard low-power, high-precision temperature-compensated, AEC-Q200 automotive-grade and ultra-compact SMD variants. The 3V operating current can be as low as 45nA, supporting multi-year battery-powered standby, with ±1ppm 25℃ accuracy for under 0.09s daily drift, and a -40℃ to +125℃ wide temperature range for harsh environments.
All SJK RTC modules integrate a built-in 32.768kHz tuning fork crystal, eliminating extra calibration components. They support I²C/SPI interfaces, with packages ranging from 2.0×1.2mm micro SMD to mainstream 3.2×1.5mm sizes, fully compatible with common PCB layouts.
These modules are ideal for industrial equipment timestamp logging, IoT terminal NTP synchronization, wearable low-power wake-up and smart meter time management. They feature optimized EMI resistance for industrial noise immunity, and an automatic backup power switch circuit that needs no manual configuration.
